This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or buy NowKit, how we use it, and the choices you have. NowKit is operated by RemoteKaro LLC (“we”, “us”). Questions: kit@shipkaro.dev.

1. Who we are

RemoteKaro LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States (Wyoming). NowKit is our Android starter-kit software product, sold as a one-time digital purchase with lifetime updates.

2. Payments are handled by our reseller

We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. When you buy NowKit, your purchase and payment are processed by Lemon Squeezy, not by us directly. We never see or store your full card details. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your billing information under their privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to deliver your purchase and provide support (such as your name, email, country, and order details).

3. What we collect

• Purchase details — name, email, country, and order ID, received from Lemon Squeezy when you buy.
• Account / delivery info — your GitHub username or email, so we can grant you access to the private NowKit repository.
• Support messages — anything you send us by email.
• Basic website analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly usage data (page views, referrers). We do not build advertising profiles and do not sell your data.

4. How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and grant repository access.
• To send you product updates, security notices, and receipts.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that make NowKit work:

• Lemon Squeezy — payments and order management.
• GitHub — hosts the private repository you get access to.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Email provider — to send receipts, updates, and support replies.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. Data retention

We keep purchase and support records for as long as needed to provide lifetime updates and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (subject to records we must keep by law).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email kit@shipkaro.dev and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

NowKit is a developer tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
