We want you to be happy with NowKit. If it’s not for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — no hard feelings.

The guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Just email us and we’ll process it.

How to request a refund

• Email kit@shipkaro.dev from the address you used to purchase, with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
• We’ll confirm and process the refund, usually within a few business days.
• Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. It may take a few extra days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your license is cancelled and your access to the private NowKit repository is removed. You agree to stop using the kit and to delete any copies you downloaded.

Fair use

The guarantee is meant for genuine “this isn’t for me” cases. We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, downloading the full kit and requesting a refund while continuing to use it, or repeated buy-refund cycles.
