Refund Policy

NowKit is delivered as source code you get instant, permanent access to. Once you’re added to the private repository, the kit is yours — so all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable.

Why we can’t offer refunds

The moment you buy, you’re invited to the private NowKit repo and can clone every line of code. There’s no way to “return” that once you have it, so we don’t offer refunds after purchase. This is the same policy used by most code and boilerplate products.

Try before you buy

You don’t have to buy blind. The full documentation is free to read before you purchase, so you can see exactly what’s inside and how it works. Still unsure? Email kit@shipkaro.dev and we’ll answer your questions before you decide.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under law. Payments are processed by Stripe as Merchant of Record, and where a refund is legally required in your country (for example, certain consumer-protection rules), that still applies. If you believe your purchase qualifies, email kit@shipkaro.dev with your Stripe order number and we’ll look into it.
