Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of NowKit, an Android starter kit sold by RemoteKaro LLC (“we”, “us”). By buying or using NowKit, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you’re buying

NowKit is digital software: source code, components, setup commands, and documentation that help you build and ship Android apps. A purchase grants you a license to use NowKit’s code in your own applications. It is a one-time purchase that includes lifetime updates to the kit.

2. Your license

You may:

  • Use NowKit to build and ship unlimited apps that you own.
  • Modify the code freely for your own products.
  • Use it for personal, freelance, or commercial work.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or open-source NowKit itself (in whole or in substantial part), or share your repository access with others.
  • Create a competing starter kit, template, or boilerplate product derived from NowKit.
  • Remove or misrepresent ownership of the underlying kit.

Full license terms are on our License page. Shipping real apps built with NowKit is exactly what it’s for — these limits are only about reselling the kit itself.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, sales tax/VAT, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms. Prices are shown at checkout; early-bird pricing is limited and may change for future buyers.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, described on our Refund Policy page.

5. Access & delivery

After purchase you receive access to the private NowKit repository (via your GitHub account or email). Keep your access credentials private; access is for the individual buyer or single business entity only.

6. Intellectual property

NowKit and its code remain the property of RemoteKaro LLC. The apps you build with it are yours. Your license does not transfer ownership of the kit itself.

7. No warranty

NowKit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose, that any third-party service (Google Play, Supabase, Firebase, RevenueCat, etc.) will behave a certain way, or that your app will be approved by any store.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteKaro LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NowKit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Termination

We may revoke your license and access if you breach these Terms (for example, by redistributing the kit). You may stop using NowKit at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
